A Recommendation Quiz uses users’ answers to generate a personalized recommendation based on point-based logic. As users respond to the quiz questions, the system assigns points to different outcomes. At the end of the quiz, the result with the highest total points is presented as the recommendation.
Use a Recommendation Quiz when you want to recommend products, services, solutions, or any other offerings.
To create a Recommendation Quiz, click Create a new item and select Recommendation Quiz:

The editor is divided into three main areas:
Left panel – Manage the structure of your quiz, including the cover page, questions, and results.
Center area – View and edit each card individually. Use the Preview button to see the full quiz as users will experience it.
Right panel – Contains three tabs:
Content – Edit text and media
Design – Apply your brand’s visual style
Settings – Control navigation, display options, and behavior

Cover page
Add a title and an optional description. You can upload your own image or video – check this article for more details on media.
Questions
Add multiple-choice questions. You can also include a lead form to collect information such as name, email, or other custom fields. This is especially useful if your quiz is designed for lead generation.
Each answer to each question should add points to one or more results. When the user completes the quiz, Opinion Stage will calculate how many points were assigned to each result and display the result that was assigned the most points to provide a recommendation.
To link answers to closings:
Select a multiple-choice question from the left panel.
Open the Content tab on the right and click Link answers to closings:
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to define how each answer contributes to each closing. Learn more about the quiz logic here.
Closings (Results)
Each result represents a product/service you want to recommend and includes a title, a description (optional) , and image or video (optional). You can also add a call-to-action button (e.g., “Shop Now” or “Learn More”).

Design & Settings
In the Design tab, you can change colors, fonts, and more to match your brand. Read more about design customization.
The Settings tab gives you advanced control over your quiz. For example, you can remove the Opinion Stage branding, receive email notifications for new entries, set a closing date, adjust navigation options, and more.
