How can I View the Results / Responses?

In the Performance section, you’ll see an overview that includes the total number of views, how many people started the item, and how many completed it. You’ll also see the average time it took to finish, total clicks or engagements, and how many users clicked your call-to-action button if you included one.

At the bottom of the performance section, you’ll find a drop-off report showing where users decided to stop. This helps you identify whether your item might be too long or if you could optimize it with skip logic.

You can also review Individual Responses, complete with detailed metadata such as time to complete and a URL where the user completed the item. This is where you can find your leads too. If you’d like to work with the data outside the platform, you can export all results to an Excel or CSV file with a single click:

In the Question Summaries, you’ll find an overview for each question - displayed in easy-to-read pie charts and bars - helping you quickly understand your results at a glance.

If your item includes multiple results, you’ll also see how many users reached each outcome, so you can analyze which results were most common in the Closing Report.
