Note: If you integrate a lead form in the quiz, you will also get a leads Report. If you create a trivia quiz, you will also get a score report.

With surveys &amp; forms you can also <a href="https://help.opinionstage.com/en/articles/3512580-get-email-notifications-on-form-survey-submissions">get an email notification</a> on each submission.
