This guide walks you through all the fields you can add to your items. Each field serves a different purpose, from collecting quick answers to gathering detailed insights or even receiving payments.

Whether you're aiming to boost engagement or collect structured data, these fields help you build interactive experiences that get more responses.

Once you add a field, you can customize it from the Content tab on the right-hand side of the builder. There, you can edit all field details — for example, mark a field as required or optional, and adjust additional settings specific to each field.

Cover

Use the cover to introduce your item with a title and description, so users immediately understand what it is about before they begin.

The cover is optional, and you can add only one cover per item. When added, it always appears as the first card of the item, before all other fields.

Multiple choice

Use this field when you want respondents to select from predefined answers.

Key features:

  • Allow single or multiple selections

  • Customize answer layouts:

    • Rectangle image layout

    • Rounded image layout

    • Thumbnail image layout

    • Video answers

Lead form

Collect lead details. The lead form is always placed just before the closing screen, helping you capture user information after they complete the experience. You can add only one lead form per item.

A lead form can include the following fields:

  • Email

  • Long answer

  • Phone

  • Drop-down

  • Checkbox (includes a title and description)

  • Credit card

  • Debit card

  • Bank transfer

  • Other PayPal-supported methods

The Payment field is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Learn more about the field here.
