How to add a poll, quiz, survey or form into your document

Adding a poll, quiz, survey or form into your document (e.g. Microsoft word, Google docs, etc.) is a great way to get your audience involved, gather valuable information and generate engagement. Following are instructions how to do that.

To add a quiz, survey, or poll to your document

  1. Verify that your item is published

  2. Open the Share tab

  3. Click the Share Link tab and copy the link

  4. Paste the link inside your document. You may want to add a likable image to make it more appealing!

Note that you cannot embed JavaScript into documents. That is why adding a link/image to your document is the best way to go.
