How to add a poll, quiz, survey or form into your document

Adding a poll, quiz, survey or form into your document (e.g. Microsoft word, Google docs, etc) is a great way to get your audience involved, gather valuable information and generate engagement. Following are instructions how to do that.

To add a quiz, survey, or poll to your document

1) Verify that your item is created/published

2) Click the "Share" button

3) Click the "Share Link" tab and copy the link

4) Paste the link inside your document. You may want to add a likable image to make it more appealing

Note that you cannot embed JavaScript into documents. That is why adding a link/image to your document is the best way to go.
