What is a response?
A response is a submission of an item. For example, if you have a survey with 10 questions, we count 1 response only after the user answers all 10 questions and submits the item.
How do I check the number of responses my items received this month?
To see the number of responses this month, go to the Usage Stats screen and choose This month in the dropdown:
What are the monthly responses limitations of the different plans?
Free: Up to 25 responses/month
Pro: The base is 1,000 responses/month. You can extend it up to 2,500 responses/month
Business: The base is 10,000 responses/month. You can extend it up to 50,000 responses/month.
Enterprise: unlimited responses.
If you need more than 50,000 responses per month, contact our sales team for details on the Enterprise plan.
