A disabled item is a quiz, survey, poll, or form/survey that is temporarily blocked. In other words, no one can participate in it at the moment. Items are disabled when the account that created them reaches its monthly plan limit.
There are two ways to re-open (i.e. enable) the item:
Wait till next month
Upgrade your plan
Did you create the disabled item?
The item you created seems to be more popular than you expected! It has been disabled because you’ve exceeded the number of responses that are included in your Opinion Stage plan. Upgrade your plan from the pricing page.
Did you just view the disabled item?
This item is temporarily disabled because it has reached the monthly participation limit. Check back in a couple of days to see if it has been enabled.
