How to add your poll, quiz, survey or form to the WordPress sidebar

  1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to the Widget screen, by clicking the Appearance menu and then the Widget sub-menu

  2. From the widget list, add the Opinion Stage Widget to your sidebar

  3. Enable the Enable Widget checkbox

  4. Click the Select Item button and insert the item you want to add (you can later change the item by clicking the Change Item button

  5. Click Save on the widget

You're done!
