Credit card payments
Open the Plan and Billing section.
Click on the Billing portal button:
In the Active Subscriptions table, click the Change link in the Payment Method tab:
On the credit card information screen, you can add & remove a credit card and decide which card to use if there is more than one.
PayPal payments
Direct payment: To pay for a subscription plan using PayPal, send the payment to info@opinionstage.com. Utilize your PayPal account to complete the transaction for the specific plan you wish to activate or retain.
Via Upgrade Page: If you are making a payment for an upgrade through the Opinion Stage portal, select the PayPal tab during the checkout process. This ensures that your payment is automatically linked and identified in the system.
Confirmation: After completing your PayPal payment, you may receive an acknowledgment email or a receipt confirming the upgrade or subscription.
Guidelines for Payment Identification
When sending money directly through PayPal without using the Opinion Stage upgrade page, include relevant details about your account or plan in the PayPal notes section. This helps expedite account validation for quicker access to the plan.
Payments made via the dedicated upgrade page with the PayPal tab will be automatically handled and associated with the relevant subscription. This eliminates the need for further manual identification.
