Credit card payments
Open the Plan and Billing section.
Click on the Billing portal button:
In the Active Subscriptions table, click the Change link in the Payment Method tab:
On the credit card information screen, you can add & remove a credit card and decide which card to use if there is more than one.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that this does not apply to PayPal. To manage your PayPal subscription, please contact our team.
Guidelines for Payment Identification
When sending money directly through PayPal without using the Opinion Stage upgrade page, include relevant details about your account or plan in the PayPal notes section. This helps expedite account validation for quicker access to the plan.
Payments made via the dedicated upgrade page with the PayPal tab will be automatically handled and associated with the relevant subscription. This eliminates the need for further manual identification.
