With Opinion Stage quizzes, you can generate up to 5X more leads than a stand-alone form. You can achieve that by integrating a lead form inside a highly engaging quiz.

How to add a lead form inside a Poll/Quiz

  1. Edit your item.

  2. Click the + button on the left-hand panel and add the Lead Form:

  3. Customize the form by adding fields - you can add any number of fields of different types to the form (name, email, phone, etc.)

  4. Configure the lead form features - allow users to skip the form, etc.

Example of a flow

Here is a step-by-step example of a quiz for lead generation flow. Let's have a look at a personality quiz type:

Step #1 - select a quiz title that appeals to your audience

Step #2 - ask a few questions in an interactive & visually appealing way


Step #3 - gather leads (e.g. email, phone, name, etc.) before displaying results


Step #4 - View results + add a call to action button

View/Export Leads

You can view the leads in the Individual Responses located in the Results screen. You can also export the lead information to an xls/csv file by clicking the Export button. You can read more about it here.
