You can personalize your form/survey questions by using the answer piping feature. This allows you to take a user's response from one question and refer to it in the following question:
For example, you can start by asking the user name in one question, and then refer to the name in the next one:
To access answers from previous questions, just type @ in the title/description of any question, and a drop-down with all the answers to previous questions will be displayed.
