You can optimize your Facebook campaigns based on user interactions within an Opinion Stage item, by using a Facebook conversion pixel. You can set the pixel to fire based on the step or question that a user reaches, for example upon quiz/survey completion.
You can configure this in Settings > Pixel Tracking > enter Facebook Pixel ID
