The best way to reset results of your item (e.g. polls / surveys / quizzes), is to duplicate the item you created and start fresh.
To do that, you can duplicate the item from the drop-down menu which can be found in the My Items dashboard.
Alternatively, you can remove individual entries from the Responses Report in the Result dashboard of your item.
