The best way to reset results of your item (e.g. polls / surveys / quizzes), is to duplicate the item you created and start fresh.

To do that, you can duplicate the item from the item drop-down menu which can be found either in the edit item form or in the "My Items" dashboard associated with the item.

Alternatively, you can remove individual entries from the Responses Report in the Result dashboard of your item.
