The lead form is mandatory by default.
If you want to allow users to skip the lead form, go to the Content tab on the right-hand side and enable the Let users skip the form toggle:
For individual lead form fields:
Fields are not required by default. To make a specific field mandatory, click the field you want to require, then in the Content tab on the right-hand side, enable the Required toggle:
