In the item, go to the Connect tab.
Select Mailchimp from the list of available integrations.

Log-in to your Mailchimp account.
Authorize Opinion Stage.
Step 3: Configure Your Integration
Once connected, you can configure how the data is sent to Mailchimp:
Select an audience: Choose which Mailchimp list will receive the responses.
Map fields: Match the Opinion Stage lead form fields and item responses to the Mailchimp fields (e.g., email, name, phone number). You can also create your own merge fields (e.g., Preferred weather). Find out how to do it here.
You can configure to require a double opt-in before adding an email to your list. Double opt-in means, that the user will get a confirmation email after submitting the item. Only if the user confirms the addition will the contact be added to Mailchimp.
Apply Tags: Assign contacts to specific Mailchimp tags for segmentation. You can either add a global tag to all the added contacts, or you can add different tags based on the closing screen the user gets (this is relevant only if you have multiple closings in your item as you do in personality quizzes).
Step 4: Test Your Integration
Submit a test response in your Opinion Stage item (please note that Mailchimp ignores emails like e.g. @test.com).
Check your Mailchimp audience list to ensure the response appears.
If needed, adjust the field mapping settings.
